Fill out the inquiry form and schedule your consultation call. During that call we will discuss all of your wedding details to make sure we are a great fit.
Step One
Once you've signed your contract we can pop the bubbly and get to planning your wedding weekend! We start the planning process by hitting the ground running with contracting venues for each event throughout the weekend and your dream vendor team. This is when we lay the groundwork for your amazing event weekend. We create a detailed budget, customize your mood board, arrange accommodations, create your wedding website, Save the Date design and create your preliminary timeline.
Step Two
Let the fun begin! We jump into collaborating on your personalized design plan to achieve your custom aesthetic, including color palette, floral design, tabletop selections, lighting and furniture enhancements, stationery, floorplan and more!
Your celebration is finally here! Our team is onsite for day-of management from start to finish. From the second you wake up to the end of your event we are there to ensure every thought out detail is executed perfectly!

This package begins twelve months out from your scheduled wedding date. Collection 02. includes the Leila James team to help with all aspects of planning your wedding day. We follow up on all details for you keeping you up to date on all progress, while alleviating the stress so you can enjoy the planning process. Collection 02. allows for the couple and families and friends to sit back, relax and be fully “present” enjoying every moment of your wedding day from start to finish!
Wedding Consulting is for the couple that would like guidance along their planning journey from an event professional but does not need full-service planning or onsite coordination. Different levels of call packages available.
